How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy. Simply complete the sign up form, and click the "Get Free Gift Cards" button. You will be sent an e-mail to verify your email address. You must have a VALID email address in order to use RewardTree Points Program. We give you 100 points just for signing up to get you started.
How do I earn points?
Once you have signed up, earning points is easy. You earn points by completing offers or shopping in the "Earn Points" section. We continually strive to provide you with the best offers available on the Internet. Simply click on the offer(s) that interest you. A new window will pop-open, and you will be taken to the advertiser’s offer sign-up page. Once you have signed up for the offer, the advertiser will verify that your information is correct, and we will send you an email to confirm that you have earned points. You must click on the ‘Claim My Points’ link in this email for your points to be credited to your account. Depending on the offer, the advertiser may automatically be able to verify your information, but some offers (such as Credit Card offers), may take up to two weeks to approve your application.
It is not necessary to sign up for offers that cost you money or require a credit card. We offer a variety of offers with good point rewards that do not require a purchase or credit card (located in the 'No Credit Card Required' category in the 'Earn Points' section. For example, you can apply for a low APR Credit Card (Visa, Discover and others), any many other offers which do not require any sort of purchase.
How do I claim my points?
After you sign up for an offer and the advertiser verifies your information, an email will be sent to you with the offer details and the points that you earned. Click on the "Claim My Points" link in the email to claim your points and have them credited to your account. If your email program does not hyperlink the "Claim My Points" link then copy and paste the link from the email to your browsers address bar and hit enter.
Can I sign up for more than one offer?
Yes. Infact, the more offers you sign up for, the more points you will earn and the more Gift Cards you can order. But remember, if you sign up for the same offer more than once, you wont receive credit for it more than once.
How long does it take to receive points after completing an offer?
Each offer is different. Some offers can automatically approve your application, in which case we can give you your points within minutes. Other offers (such as Credit Card Applications) may take up to two weeks to be verified. Remember that you will not receive your points until your offer application is approved and you claim your points (see "How do I claim my points" above).
Why did I not receive points for completing an offer?
Most offers take a few days to a week before the advertiser verifies your submission, but offers such as credit card applications may take a couple of weeks.
Once the advertiser verifies your submission, we will send you an email with the subject “Claim Your Points”.
If you have been waiting, and you still haven't received your points. There are a few reasons why you may not have received credit for completing an offer:
- You have entered invalid information, or the advertiser has deemed your application void or unacceptable.
- You did not claim your points. Remember that we send you an email entitled "Claim Your Points" when the advertiser validates your application. You must click on the "Claim My Points" link in that email for the points to be credit to your account. Perhaps your email address in our records is invalid.
- You must have clicked on that offer from RewardTree and successfully completed all the advertiser requirements.
- You have already completed this offer. Remember that you can only receive credit for the first time you sign up for any particular offer.
If you did not receive credit for an offer that you have completed and none of the above reasons pertain to you, please forward us the confirmation/welcome email that was sent to you when you completed the offer to info@rewardtree.com. Once you have provided us with this we will be able to look further and resolve the problem ASAP.
How often do you add new offers and ways to earn points?
We constantly strive to provide you with the best offers available on the Internet. We update the "Earn Points" page frequently, and try to provide you with as many ways to earn points as possible.
I received an incomplete or incorrect order.
If you received a wrong or incomplete order, please e-mail us at info@rewardtree.com with your member number and a detailed description of what is wrong with your order. Once we have received your email we will do everything possible to resolve the problem.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to ONLY the United States and Canada.
Where can I find my Membership ID Number?
Your Membership ID Number was sent to you via e-mail when first signed up, and is also printed on the packing slip included in each order. If you still cannot locate your membership number, please send us an e-mail from the e-mail address you used to sign up, with the subject "My Membership ID Number".
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email when we process your shipment.
